Connecticut - Tom Santos


Tom Santos has been with General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice for nine years and works primarily with the New England region. Tom is a seasoned bakery vet, having owned and operated his own bakery, Bakers Dozen Bakery for 17 years. Tom is known for his technical bench skills, but has worked with dozens of customers on everything from unique product development to sourcing and has helped run our product training courses in cake and creme cake at the Pillsbury Bakery Institute.

Tom is involved in the New England Bakers Association.

FUN FACT: Tom is a sports official and has written two books.
