California is a big state, but we have it covered from San Fran to San Diego. Check out our teams in:

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA is primarily covered by Craig Dorsey. Craig covers both flour and bakery mix and frozen products with expertise.

Craig Dorsey has been with General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice for the last three years. Craig has an amazing relationship with his operators and gets right in there to help find the right solution for each bakery. Craig has also completed intensive technical product courses in donuts and cakes through the Pillsbury Bakery Institute and was a participant at the Bread Bakers Guild 2005 Camp Bread.

Craig is a member of the Bread Bakers Guild.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA - Nancy Muller covers the southern California area.

 

Nancy Muller has been with General Mills Bakeries & Foodservice for 6 years in both Foodservice and Bakery Ingredients. She has extensive culinary training, focused primarily  on recipe development for military use and lists some of the highlights of her career as the culinary training aboard Navy Ships and working with the Betty Crocker Kitchen at USC.

Nancy also a member of the Bread Baker's Guild, and looks forward to future trainings in artisan baking.  Her favorite part of working in the bakery world is sampling baguettes, as well as just about any other bread item!

FUN FACT: While in college, Nancy was the chef for a fraternity of 100 Agriculture students. In preparation for Thanksgiving dinner for 300, she baked 20 turkeys and  made mashed potatoes in a sterilized garbage can with a rake.
