 Peanut Butter Creme Cake

Pillsbury Regular Crème Cake Base (39208)
10lb  
Eggs, whole
3lb8oz
Vegetable oil
3lb  
Water
2lb4oz
Peanut butter, crunchy
1lb2oz
Total Weight
19lb14oz

DIRECTIONS
  1. Add eggs to base.  Mix 1 minute on low speed using a paddle attachment.
  2. Add oil and water.  Mix 1 minute on low speed.  Stop mixer.  Scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Mix 3 additional minutes on low speed.
  4. Add peanut butter.  Mix 30 seconds on low speed.
  5. Scale batter into prepared loaf, tube type, or muffin pans.  Top with nuts if desired.

BAKE    Standard Oven        360°F        35-40 minutes    Convection Oven    300°F        25-30 minutes    Muffins    Standard Oven        380-400°F    20-25 minutes    Convection Oven    325-350°F    15-20 minutes    ____________________________________________________


  1. Touch top of cake to check bake. 
  2. Remove from oven when top is resilient to the touch.  
  3. Glaze cakes with donut glaze while still warm.
  4. Cool for at least 30 minutes at room temperature prior to depanning.
