- Add eggs to base. Mix 1 minute on low speed using a paddle attachment.
- Add oil and water. Mix 1 minute on low speed. Stop mixer. Scrape bowl and paddle.
- Mix 3 additional minutes on low speed.
- Add peanut butter. Mix 30 seconds on low speed.
- Scale batter into prepared loaf, tube type, or muffin pans. Top with nuts if desired.

- Touch top of cake to check bake.
- Remove from oven when top is resilient to the touch.
- Glaze cakes with donut glaze while still warm.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes at room temperature prior to depanning.
